Where our name comes from

In 1984, Charles Bennett and Gilles Brassard introduced the BB84 protocol, the point at which secure key exchange first rested on the laws of physics, and on the ability to detect compromise, rather than secrecy alone. It is the inspiration behind the name, and a beginning.
